Speak with your physician or hospital case manager about using our services. They will contact us to order the appropriate care needed
Home First Home Care services are available to anyone, but these services may not be covered by your health insurance plan unless you meet certain guidelines. Call your insurance provider to check eligibility

There must be a valid need for home care services Examples are but not limited to a "Fall risk individual. Someone who is diagnosed with dementia/ alzheimer's disease. Accident or trauma victim. A person who has mental challenges and suffers from a mild or severe form of mental illness".

WHAT IS THE COST
OF PRIVATE HOME CARE?
We accept many insurance providers, including Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation. We will validate insurance eligibility, and work with patients without insurance or with partial coverage to see that you get the care that you need.
